Nancy & Scott White
District 9 Representatives
Nancy and Scott White bring decades of experience in local, county and state government, public service, community leadership and political organization to their roles as the Republican Committee representatives for Cicero’s Election District 9.
They live on McKinley Road and are the parents of four children and grandparents of three. Nancy grew up in Amsterdam, New York, while Scott grew up in New Jersey. They made Central New York their home in the early 1990s and have spent much of the three decades since working in and around government, public service and their community.
Together, they bring something particularly valuable to District 9: experience on both sides of government. Nancy’s career has taken her through county government, the New York State Senate, the courts and elected town government. Scott’s experience spans municipal leadership, political campaigns, historical preservation, records management, technology and work with state, county and local governments across several states.
They know how government works, they know Cicero, and—perhaps more importantly—they know their neighbors. Their goal in representing District 9 is straightforward: to be accessible, informed and effective advocates for the people who live here.
Nancy White
Nancy has devoted nearly her entire professional career to public service.
She began her career with the Onondaga County Attorney’s Office before serving with the Onondaga County Planning Department and Onondaga County Parks Department. She later became Executive Assistant to Onondaga County Comptroller Robert E. Antonacci II.
When Antonacci was elected to the New York State Senate, Nancy became his District Office Manager, giving her firsthand experience helping constituents navigate state government and connecting residents with the agencies and services they needed.
Today, Nancy serves as Executive Assistant to The Honorable Robert E. Antonacci in the New York State Supreme Court, Fifth Judicial District.
Her public service has also included elected office. Nancy served on the Cicero Town Board from January 2020 through December 2023 and represented Election District 9 on the Cicero Republican Committee from 2020 through 2024, returning to represent the district again in 2026.
Few people bring Nancy’s combination of municipal, county, state legislative and judicial experience to local committee service.
Scott White
Scott brings a complementary background in government, community leadership, political organization, technology and records management.
He currently serves as the Town of Cicero Historian and President of the Cicero Historical Society, working to preserve Cicero’s history while expanding the role that local history can play in education and community life.
Scott previously served as Chairman of the Cicero Republican Committee and as Republican Committee representative for Election District 26 through 2024. In March 2026, he became a representative for Election District 9.
His political experience includes serving as a campaign manager, communications director and campaign treasurer for several local candidates and campaigns.
Professionally, Scott spent much of his career in the records-management industry, working with state, county and local governments. His government clients have included the State of Maine, Nassau County, New York, and Allegheny County, Pennsylvania.
Scott also owns and operates The Lewis Highland Group LLC, specializing in online media publishing, data warehousing and advanced business solutions, and works within the Family Court operations of New York’s Fifth Judicial District at the Onondaga County Courthouse.
Together, Nancy and Scott offer District 9 an unusually broad depth of practical government experience—and two representatives who call the district home.
